CM2400, CM2500 & CM2600

For a cemetery with Sections begin by double clicking on “Section Designation” and entering the sections in your cemetery. When you exit the input screen press F9 to refresh the GSS screen. Then you can select from the list of section numbers, letters or names you have entered.

Lots are imputed either alone or in groups. If you want to enter a lot with 12 graves enter the lot number in both the from and to containers and then enter 12 in the graves container. The program will enter graves 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12 for that lot. If you want to enter a group of lots with the same number of graves you enter the first lot number, then the last lot number and then the total number of graves in this set of lots.

If some of the lots have one or two less number of graves, enter the edit screen, find those lots and remove the grave sites.

As stated in the install manual, no grave site can be removed once it has a Grave ID number, doing so will prevent the program from numbering any graves you enter in the future and the program will no longer function correctly. 

CMM2005 & CM2700

For a cemetery with Sections begin by double clicking on “Section Name” and entering the sections or Gardens in your cemetery. When you exit the input screen press F9 to refresh the GSL screen. 

The Max program also includes the designations for a single section number or letter and the use of the term Block for a number or letter.

Lots and graves can be numbers or letters. Letters can be all capitalized or all lower case. If you want Lots A to F then enter Lots From as ‘A’ and Lot To as ‘F’

If you want graves to be from a to f then enter graves as the letter ‘f’ and they will be entered as a, b, c, d, e, f.
