A full release of Access is required to save pictures in CM2400, CM2600, CM2700 and CMM2005I & CMM2005M. The best method is to “link” a picture from outside the database. Create a folder for storing pictures inside the folder the cemetery program is in to save your cemetery pictures. Make the file name as short as possible without spaces in them. Link to these pictures from inside the database. When the picture changes (make sure to use the same file name) the picture in the database also changes.
Windows Vista does not allow saving pictures in Access.
